Wedding Information and Understanding: This agreement is written for the purpose of wedding videographer. This agreement covers the wedding film, and all locations in where this film is taken. The signing of this agreement states the client’s understanding of all the terms within. The client states that they are 18 years or older. If the client is not 18 years or older, they understand a parent or legal guardian is required to sign this agreement on their behalf. Payment Schedule: Please see Payment schedule on quotation and invoice. Bank details Natwest - sort 544107 - acc 10394990 Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to arrange meals for videographer/s on the day of the wedding. In case this is not the option, Jason will allocate up to 60 minutes to obtain the meal for himself and his team which may result in needing to leave the venue. Any addendum’s made to this contract, must be agreed upon by all parties involved, in writing. These Terms and conditions are between Jason Mark Harris (hereinafter known as the Videographer) and the Clients (named above and hereinafter known as the Couple). These terms & conditions for wedding videography services are effective from the date this agreement is completed and signed by the Couple and returned with the non-refundable booking fee to the videographer The videographer agrees to be in attendance on the date and locations as entered on the contract and to provide the Couple with the collection/package as discussed and listed within the quote. If this also includes the connection/pre-wedding shoot, it is agreed that this will be carried out at a time and location mutually agreed upon by The Couple and the Videographer. The Couple agree to pay the full balance listed on the contract at least 1 month prior to the wedding date listed. Additional, post-wedding, products will not be delivered until full payment has been made for those. These additional services and/or products will be sold and charged at their new prices should they have changed at the time the order is placed. All such prices and products may be subject to change at any time without notice. The Videographer agrees to have completed digital film/files available for The Couple within 6-8 weeks of the wedding date. Upon receipt of files The Couple accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the film. It is The Couple’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. The film is edited at the videographer’s discretion, and delivered film will not include all clips shot. The Videographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed credible as professional in quality and within the videographer’s artistic standards. The film delivered by The videographer is final. The videographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the locations used. Jason is a non-traditional videographer and does not work from detailed “shot lists”. His approach is contemporary and creative. As such, he works in a free flowing manner to best provide you with clips that represent his style and approach. The videographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide the highest quality video services in the prevailing conditions. However, due to the limited and subjective nature of the event, the videographer can not be held responsible for requested moments not taken or missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications caused by but not limited to, anyone in or at the event, or by the church or location restrictions. The videographer is not responsible for lost video opportunities due to other cameras or flashes, the lateness of the bride, groom, or other principles. The videographer is not responsible for the lack of coverage due to weather conditions, scheduling complications due to lateness of individuals, rules and restrictions of venue, or the rendering of decorations of the location The Couple understands that videography like photography is depended on light and that the quality of the images received is a result of collaboration of both The Videographer and The Couple. The videographer knowledge, experience, artistic style and The Couple investment in time and effort to organise a wedding day in order to ensure there's enough quality light are key elements to produce desired results. The Couple agrees to allocate sufficient time required for videoing the bride and the groom at locations selected in consultation with the The videographer and within the “golden hour” period which is usually defined as one hour before sunset. Otherwise, the videographer is unable to guarantee the quality of the presented films. Specific or requested film clips such as, but not limited to: screenshot ideas, Pinterest boards, Instagram or Facebook feeds, other videographers work etc.; can not be guaranteed by The Videographer. Cancellation: In the event that The Couple cancel the agreed services for wedding videography outlined in this agreement at any point before the wedding ceremony takes place, the booking fee will be forfeit. If The Couple cancel the agreed services for wedding videographer outlined in this agreement within 6 months of their wedding date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will due. In the unlikely event of total or part photographic failure, death, injury or illness, accident or other unforeseen event beyond the videographer’s control, the videographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid and the videographer shall not be responsible for other consequential damages, emotional or otherwise. All parties please note that by the Clients signing and returning this agreement and non-refundable booking fee to the videographer you are entering into a legally binding agreement. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
